CNC Wire Processing
PSP has some of the latest CNC wire processing technology available. Our fully automated
CNC bending centre has the capacity to produce large volumes of stainless steel wire products
at exceptional rates without compromising on quality. Our current configuration allows us to
bend wire diameters from 3,0mm up to 6,0mm in stainless steel. Our CNC Mesh Welder is
capable of welding up to 1200x1200mm mesh panels with a high degree of accuracy and weld
strength.

Electropolishing
Pure Steel Products delivers a competitive Electropolishing service to it's customers in and around the Western Cape. Customers can benefit from our experience gained from polishing our own products to supply them with the best possible electropolished finish.
Electropolishing is the electrochemical polishing of stainless steel to a bright finish. Our plant consists out of four 3 600 litre and one 1 200 litre polishing baths as well as a pickling facility. We can accommodate small to medium sized products, and it does not matter if it is just one or 1 000 units. We strive to deliver a fast and efficient service without compromising on quality. If one were to look at all the advantages of Electropolishing and the time saved compared to manual polishing, there is no doubt that it's the most cost effective method to "brighten up your metal".
